You will play a key role in securing new business by producing high-quality tenders and supporting the pre-construction team.Key Responsibilities:Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for fit-out projectsReview drawings, specifications, and scope documents to assess project requirementsTake off quantities and build up rates for labour, materials, and subcontract packagesObtain and analyse subcontractor and supplier quotationsIdentify risks, opportunities, and value engineering optionsAttend site visits, pre-tender and post-tender meetingsWork closely with design, commercial, and project delivery teamsMaintain and update cost databases and estimating toolsRequirements:Previous experience as an Estimator within construction, ideally fit-out/interiorsStrong understanding of commercial fit-out projects (CAT A / CAT B)Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsGood numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Excel and estimating softwareDesirable:Experience working for a main contractor or fit-out specialistKnowledge of current market rates and supply chain within the MidlandsUnderstanding o
