1st Line IT Support
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 1st Line Support Engineer to work with a fantastic business, based in Nottingham to respond and resolve any staff technical queries and escalations to 2nd and 3rd line.As a 1st Line Support Engineer, you ll require the following essentials: Background of working in a 1st Line/ Helpdesk roleGood understanding of Office 365 and Active DirectoryGreat communication skills, to communicate with colleaguesAbility to identify process improvement As part of the 1st Line Support Engineer role, you ll also be: Respond in a timely manner to queries and adhere to the KPI s in placeAdhering to company policies and proceduresUses experience to address user problems and look for potential solutionsShare knowledge and expertise with othersSupport other team members as requiredRecord and track issues from outset to conclusion.Working methodically to respond to, day by day operational needsAdept at avoiding service disruptions and maintaining SLA and information security requirementsEscalate any unresolved issuesIdeally hold ITIL framework knowledge and qualifications.Have a good understanding of ServiceNow and Office 365 and Active Directory Working Hours 5 days per week Monday - Friday between the hours of 6am 7pmWeekends based on a 1 in 8 rotaYou will be required to complete On Call on a rota basis up to 11pm during weekdays Benefits £34,000 per annum DOEAnnual Salary review Annual bonus scheme Wellbeing initiativesSubsidised gym memberships Talk Sta
