Key Responsibilities:Support on a 2nd line technical level with internal and external teams, ensuring working practices are executed efficiently and service levels achieved.Liaise with 3rd party providers and suppliers to resolve support issues through to conclusion.Ensure updates are recorded and end users are communicated to within relevant timescales.Prioritise tickets logged according to impact/urgency.Provide support to other offices/teams which could include face-to-face visits. What You Would Bring:Previous experience in an IT service desk environment.Confident and strong communication skills.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Sound knowledge and understanding of the following: Hardware configuration and deploymentWindows 11 supportOffice O365 supportSharePointMS Teams / IntuneAzure Active Directory Akkodis exists to connect the smartest people and brightest
