Team Secretary

The Firm Our client, a Top 10 International law firm based in Central London are seeking a Team Secretary to join their growing Finance department. The Opportunity The successful Team Secretary will work mainly with the Finance team but also have the opportunity to work across other practice groups. This role will report directly into the Assistant Secretarial Support Manager. Duties to include:Manage diaries and emails for fee-earners, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle telephone inquiries as neededOversee the work flow to the Document and Design Central, print room, and other departments, ensuring timely completion of tasksEdit and format agreements and documents as requiredPerform copy-typing and process digital dictation as necessaryCompile and index legal documentation and set up files accordinglySubmit fee-earner expenses on Chrome River in a timely mannerCollaborate with the Business Development, Marketing, and Finance teams to assist with team-specific tasksThis Team Secretary role is a full time, hybrid role (50% office based), working Monday - Friday 9:30am to 5:30pmRequirementsPrevious experience in a law firm or professional services environment, showcasing a proactive and enthusiastic approachExhibit strong organisational and time management skillsHigh level of IT literacy with the ability to quickly learn new systemsExceptional attention to detailVacancy HighlightsCompetitive basic salary (reviewed annually)Flexible, hybrid workingGenerous bonus and bene
