Reporting directly into the CFO, as FPandA Manager you will lead a small team and take responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, and working with stakeholders to add commercial value. This is initially a 6 month role but could have the opportunity to go permanent for the right person. Client Details Organisation based in Medway. Description Key responsibilities will include: - Leading and completing the annual budgeting process, working closely with the business unit stakeholders to ensure plans for the following year are robust and accurate - Running the monthly forecasting processes - Developing and maintaining financial models to support business planning and strategic initiatives - Delivering analysis on month-end financial and operational results - Monitoring KPIs and providing insights into performance drivers - Analysing revenue, gross margins, operating expenses and working capital - Managing a team of Finance Business Partners Profile My client is looking for someone with the following experience: - Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) - Experience of producing budgets and forecasts at a high level - Proven business partnering experience - creating and maintaining relationships with external and internal stakeholders and enabling finance to be at the forefront of the organisation - Strong Excel ability - Experience in a deadline driven environment You must be a self-starter with the ability to work on your own initiative.
