Site Manager - Commercial Project

We are currently recruiting an experienced Site Manager for a 12-month commercial construction project based in Hull.

• Manage the day-to-day running of the site.
• Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site labour.
• Monitor programme, quality, and health & safety compliance.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and the project management team.
• Maintain accurate site records and reports.

• Proven experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS Black/Manager Card, and First Aid at Work certification.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent understanding of health & safety regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple trades and deliver projects to programme
