This is a pure new business sales role, ideal for someone who is hungry, driven, and ready to build a regional sales patch with strong support behind them.Key Responsibilities:Win new business across your assigned region (sector experience optional)Build and manage a personal pipeline from a mix of internally sourced leads and self-generated opportunitiesMeet 40+ prospects monthly (mix of in-person and virtual)Collaborate with telesales, pricing, and inside sales teams to close deals efficientlyMaintain structured meeting follow-ups and hand over accounts after 12 months for long-term managementEngage in quarterly sales reviews and light-touch weekly 1:1s with managementWhat You''ll Have:
