Strong knowledge of power system analysis and network operations. Experience with Distributed Energy Resources (DER), flexible connections, and DER Management Systems (DERMS). Experience leading digital product development or technical projects. Strong Python programming skills. Experience developing, testing, and deploying software tools. Experience with data analysis and statistical techniques. Practical experience using power system modelling software such as DIgSILENT PowerFactory. Experience using GitHub or similar version control systems. Strong project management and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
