Lots of opportunities for advancement. The Job: Initially help oversee installation, commissioning and start up of state of the art machinery. Working closely with market leading OEM Engineers. Ensure HandS and compliance within mechanical engineering team. Support and influence mechanical engineering strategy, ensuring strategy is delivered across the site. Support implementation of reliability to ensure min downtime through data driven approaches. The Person: Apprenticeship, NVQ, HNC level mechanical engineering or similar. Working in a heavier manufacturing environment an advantage eg paper mill, steel works, recycling, chemicals etc Understanding DCS systems an advantage Ability to be flexible and part of a dynamic and fast growing team and division that will develop and evolve. Good interpersonal skills - communication, stakeholder engagement. Nice to have but not essential: Project experience expansion, modernisation, new factory or plant build. Installation, commissioning, start-up of machines and equipment.
