• Applications are sought from Private Client Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 3 years'' PQE gained with another reputable law firm.
• You will be responsible for a varied private client caseload to include probate, wills, trusts and tax, powers of attorney, estate planning, advising and looking after the interests of elderly clients and Court of Protection matters.
• STEP membership would be advantageous.
• It is essential that you have exceptional communication skills, work well within a team environment and are confident supervising more junior members of the team.
• You should also have business development experience and be keen to assume networking and BD responsibilities.
