The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring financial control across projects, supporting efficient delivery, and maximising value throughout the project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain effective working relationships with clients, consultants, and the supply chainProcure subcontractors in line with programme requirements and internal policiesAdminister subcontract agreements and manage contractual obligationsAssess subcontractor applications accurately and issue payment notices in a timely mannerPrepare and submit external valuations in accordance with contract requirementsManage and forecast project valuations through to final account agreementMeasure quantities from drawings and on-site where requiredEvaluate and manage variations and provisional sums, ensuring accurate cost controlOversee weekly payments for direct labour and plant subcontractors (where applicable)Produce internal valuations, cost value reconciliations, and subcontract liabilities in line with reporting deadlinesMaintain accurate and comprehensive project recordsIdentify and communicate project delays alongside the wider project teamImplement effective change management procedures in line with contract conditionsMin
