Job Title: Repairs and Voids SurveyorLocation: South West LondonJob Type: 45,000 - 50,000 Per annumAbout SW9 Community Housing:SW9 Community Housing is a resident-led social housing charity responsible for the delivery of housing management and maintenance services for around 1,800 homes and several commercial and community buildings in Stockwell/Brixton on behalf of a G15 Housing Association, Sovereign Network Group (SNG).About The Role:The purpose of the role is to lead the surveying function for void properties and day-to-day responsive repairs, ensuring accurate diagnosis, clear specifications, quality delivery, statutory compliance and excellent resident experience.The ideal candidate is a proactive, organised and technically competent surveyor with strong experience in voids and day-to-day repairs inspections. They will deliver a high-quality repairs and voids service using Insite and NEC, ensuring works are accurately specified, compliant with legislation (including Awaab''s Law), and completed to SW9''s standards.
