We are looking to recruit a Land Manager or Senior Land Manager to join our East Midlands Land team based in Derby. The Land Manager / Senior Land Manager will identify, evaluate and secure land opportunities that meet, or exceed, the business needs for the Region and Area. LAND MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES: Identification of land opportunities, both on and off market, that fit the company s requirements (as amended from time to time) Maintaining a comprehensive network of relevant contacts, particularly in the regional operating area(or other as directed) Progress deals post offer acceptance, including liaison with internal and external parties (e.g. Solicitors) towards exchange of contracts and subsequent legal completion Engage in appropriate CPD to ensure knowledge of relevant technical/ planning/legal, or other matters relevant to the job, are maintained LAND MANAGER REQUIREMENTS: Extensive experience of land acquisition, preferably gained in a private house building environment Numerate and conversant with Land Appraisal systems, ..... full job details .....
