The company have invested heavily in their testing function and are introducing new tools and techniques, so there will be a learning curve for everyone - this isn t a job that requires someone who ticks every box from day one, but someone with the ability to pick things up quickly. It would be perfect for an ambitious Software Test Engineer with an interest in software engineering, as most of your time will be spent writing automated tests in Python. It would suit someone with some previous development experience (not necessarily Python - Java / C# etc. is also fine), who is keen to build on these skills. You might have worked as a Software Engineer in Test / SDET, have a Computer Science degree, or done personal coding projects.
