A large independent food manufacturer is looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance / Packaging Engineer to join their growing engineering team.This is a genuinely great opportunity to join a profitable, stable and growing business that continues to invest heavily in its site, equipment and people.Monday to Friday - No Nights and No WeekendsThe of role operates on a straightforward double-day shift pattern:Week 1: Monday-Friday, 6am-2pmWeek 2: Monday-Friday, 1pm-9pmNO night shifts or weekend workingAn excellent opportunity for engineers looking for a strong work-life balance while working within a modern food manufacturing environment.Benefits:£40,000 + paid overtimePlus Company and Individual bonus schemes (up to 5% of salary)Monday to Friday workingNo nights or weekendsPrivate healthcareCompany contributory pensionStable and growing businessKey Responsibilities of Maintenance EngineerMaintain production and packaging equipment to maximise uptime.Complete planned preventative and reactive maintenance.Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults.Monitor equipment performance and take corrective action.Respond effectively to breakdowns and minimise production downtime.Support engineering projects, installations and equipment modifications.Work closely with production to maintain safe and efficient operations.Experience Required:Qualified Maintenance Engineer - CandG, NVQ Level 3, ONC/HNC or equivalent.Multi-skilled mechanical and electrical experience, ..... full job details .....
