OverviewTaylor Rose, a top 60 law firm with over 25 offices nationwide, is seeking Solicitors, FCILEx or Licensed Conveyancers to join its consultancy on a fee-sharing basis. You can work from home, in one of our offices, or both.

Responsibilities

Provide conveyancing services as a consultant solicitor or licensed conveyancer with 4+ years PQE in residential or commercial property (private or public sectors).

Manage client relationships and deliver high-quality legal advice; select clients, set fees, hours and volume of work in a flexible, fee-sharing arrangement.

Collaborate with Taylor Rose''s support teams, including a dedicated liaison, a legal operations head, and access to nationwide offices and meeting rooms.

Qualifications

4+ years PQE as Solicitor, FCILEx, or Licensed Conveyancer.

Experience in residential or commercial property for private and/or public sector clients.

Willingness to operate on a consultancy, fee-sharing basis; ability to work remotely or from offices.

Benefits

Earn up to 75% of billed fees, with a minimum of 70% share.
