Job Description:
We have an opportunity for a Principal/Associate Electrical Engineer to join an award-winning engineering consultancy.This role involves working with a team of engineers, designers, and specialists to provide innovative solutions for building projects. Responsibilities include client interaction, reporting, specifications, overseeing testing, and delivering a range of MEP, environmental, and sustainability services.What You’ll Be Doing:Managing a portfolio of UK and international projects.Providing technical advice on electrical and mechanical services in existing buildings.Preparing fee proposals and delivering refurbishment projects.Conducting condition surveys and developing design specifications.Ensuring compliance with UK and EU regulations.Leading electrical services design on large projects and overseeing MEP on smaller projects.Managing client relationships and project teams.What We Are Looking For:Strong technical knowledge in Electrical Design Engineering and Building Services Engineering.Experience with standards, wiring regulations, and fire detection systems.Ability to perform building services surveys and peer reviews.Experience with various project stages and regulatory documentation.Chartered status or close to achieving it.Core Benefits:Private Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, Income protection, Travel allowance, Electrical car scheme, and more.Flexible Benefits:9-day fortnight, hybrid working, employee stock purchase plan, and other flexible options.Apply Now
