Job Title: Recruitment Administrator (Multi-Trade) Location: London SE1 (2 days per week in office / 3 days remote) Contract: Temporary 3 months Hours: 35 hours per week Start Date: Early January About the Role: We are supporting our client in sourcing a highly organised Recruitment Administrator to provide short-term cover within a busy, process-driven recruitment function. This role is ideal for a strong administrator who is confident working with complex processes and high volumes of activity. While experience within multi-site, high-volume recruitment is desirable, candidates without this background will be considered if they can demonstrate strong administrative capability, attention to detail and resilience in fast-paced recruitment environments. You will be supporting multi-trade recruitment activity and ensuring recruitment processes are followed accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities:Provide end-to-end administrative support across multi-trade recruitmentManage and maintain accurate records across recruitment systems and trackersSupport vacancy setup, candidate coordination and onboarding processesEnsure recruitment processes are followed in line with internal controls and compliance requirementsLiaise with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to gather information and provide updatesHandle high volumes of recruitment-related data with accuracy and consistencyIdentify process improvements and support smooth workflow across the teamCommunicate clearly a
