The Role This role will see you safely lead, motivate, and develop your night shift team (approx. 13 heads) from 9 pm to 6 am (Sun to Thurs with Flex) to ensure that customers are delivered quality products on time and in full. Continually reviewing practices within your shift team and involving the team to identify and implement any required changes to deliver cost savings and service improvements.
