Key Skills Needed: Previous care experience with complex needs/learning disabilities. Experience or training in epilepsy and emergency/rescue medication is highly desirable. Candidates should be confident in maintaining clear, professional boundaries and redirecting challenging behaviour. Location 2: Livingston The Role: Supporting older adults and a young adult with mild learning disabilities, autism, and backgrounds of childhood trauma in a supported-living environment. Activities: Socialising, going out into the local community, attending activities, and heading to the pub! Key Skills Needed: Support experience with learning disabilities or autism.
