**Primary SEND Teaching Assistant - General Classroom Support**

Aspire People are looking for a compassionate **SEND Teaching Assistant** to support a primary school classroom. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting pupils with a range of additional needs while helping them access the mainstream curriculum.

**The Role:**
* Supporting pupils with SEND across the classroom, including those with mild to moderate learning difficulties
* Assisting the teacher with group activities and occasionally providing 1:1 support
* Helping pupils engage with lessons and maintain focus
* Encouraging independence, confidence, and social development
* Preparing resources and supporting classroom organisation
* Observing and recording pupil progress and sharing feedback with teaching staff

**The Ideal Candidate:**
* Experience supporting pupils with SEND in a primary school
* Patient, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine passion for inclusion and child development
