Based in Ipswich, the successful candidate will be identifying new business opportunities, providing expert technical advice, and delivering tailored solutions that meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Client Engagement: Identify and establish relationships with new clients while nurturing existing accounts.
• Technical Consultation: Assess client needs and provide expert advice on the most suitable technical solutions.
• Proposal Development: Prepare and present detailed technical proposals and quotations.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and close deals.
• After-Sales Service: Provide ongoing support and training to ensure client satisfaction and product effectiveness.
• Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.

Requirements:

• A proven track record in technical sales or a customer-facing technical role.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with the ability to comminate technical issues clearly
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 controlled procedures
