The role requires regular face-to-face engagement with customer and programme stakeholders in Edinburgh.Your new roleAs a Senior Business Analyst, you will take ownership of requirements definition across several programme workstreams.You will work closely with Business Operations SMEs, other Business Analysts, project managers and the test team to identify and define changes required to systems and existing operational processes.The position involves daily customer engagement and interaction with senior programme and account stakeholders.Key responsibilitiesLead requirements definition across multiple programme workstreams.Work with Business Operations SMEs to identify system and process changes.Bring together relevant SMEs and BAs to define and agree requirements.Own and develop the Requirements Traceability Matrix.Produce requirements documentation and process papers.Plan and facilitate workshops to review existing processes and identify required changes.Shape solutions arising from requirements and support Operations with approval.Act as the link between Business Operations SMEs, project ..... full job details .....
