Working for a specialist pharmaceutical business head quartered in Buckinghamshire. Reporting into the FC, offices based near Maidenhead, the Financial Accounts Assistant will support the Financial Controller, Financial Accountant, Financial Reporting Accountant and wider Finance Department in delivering accurate and timely financial data and supporting documentation. The role will assist the international commercial team and contribute to compliance, reporting, and analytical work that underpins decision-making within the finance leadership.The role:Support production of monthly and quarterly financial documentation including journal postings, reconciliations, and financial provisions / prepayments.Perform manual payment tracking, bank reconciliations, and submission processes through HSBC.Maintain accurate and up-to-date cost centre forecasts and budgets for departments such as Medical Information, Pharmacovigilance, Legal, and Communications.Conduct variance analysis and reporting, providing business partnering support to stakeholders.Respond to audit queries and support statutory and regulatory reporting (e.g., ABPI, ONS, VAT, PPT).Assist in managing credit control processes for International accounts including debt chasing, credit limit adjustments, and reporting.Ensure month-end tasks such as accruals, prepayments, depreciation, FX analysis, and tax postings are completed accurately.Maintain the Fixed and Intangible asset registers, liaising with key contributors and th
