Operations Manager Power, Utilities and Civils Location: UK Site and Office BasedSalary: Competitive Salary + Package (DOE)Job Type: PermanentThe Opportunity We are working with an established and growing infrastructure contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the delivery of power, utilities and civil engineering projects.This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Operations Manager with a strong background in power infrastructure, electrical connections and civils to take ownership of multiple contracts, lead operational teams and play a key role in the continued growth of the business.The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and within budget, while maintaining strong relationships with clients, utility providers and key stakeholders.Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day delivery of power, utilities and civil engineering contracts. Manage multiple operational teams, including project managers, supervisors, planners, site teams and subcontractors. Coordinate electrical connections, network extensions, utility diversions and associated infrastructure works. Liaise with DNOs, IDNOs, ICPs and other utility providers to ensure successful project delivery. Manage operational budgets, contract profitability, resources and performance.
