We are looking for an experienced and motivated Practice Nurse to join our Enhanced Access service in Central London. This role involves delivering face-to-face patient care during evening sessions, helping to improve access to primary care services outside of core GP hours. The Practice Nurse will be responsible for providing a wide range of nursing services and supporting the wider multidisciplinary team in the effective delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care.
