We are opening a new premium flooring showroom in Q4 -2026 , providing high-quality SPC, engineered wood and premium European flooring solutions to residential and commercial clients. The company is in an early stage of significant growth. This position therefore offers the opportunity to become a key member of the business and, based on performance, progress into a more senior sales leadership position as the company expands. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced, driven and highly personable Sales and Business Development Manager to take ownership of flooring sales across our showroom, inbound enquiries, site appointments and B2B relationships. This is a hands-on sales role. We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting customers, understands how to build trust, follows opportunities relentlessly and, most importantly, knows how to close.
