This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Behaviour Support Worker or Youth Worker who is passionate about supporting young people and helping them reach their potential. You will work closely with teachers and the wider support team, providing 1:1 and small-group support and helping pupils engage positively with their education in a structured, nurturing environment.
