Our client, a leading beauty retail group, is looking for a strong Performance Marketing Manager to join their team in Berkshire. The role will be based in the office at least twice a week and then 3 days from home - it is a full-time role.The ideal candidate should have strong experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Shopping, and Paid Social (Facebook/Instagram). You should have experience managing budgets and driving performance and strategies based on insights and data. Experience with Affiliates and eCRM (triggered emails) is a plus.You will be driven to grow revenue and should have a proven track record of delivering targets and presenting to senior stakeholders.The role offers a salary from £45k to £48k plus benefits, depending on experience.
