Business Development Executive | B2B Sales | Warwick | £27k-£30k + Uncapped Commission (OTE £40k-£50k)

Looking for a B2B sales role where your earnings keep growing the longer you stay? A well-established, growing consultancy in Leamington is hiring two Senior Business Development Executives to win and manage mid-market and SME clients. You don’t need specific industry experience, because full training is provided. 

What’s on offer:

• Up to £30,000 basic salary (depending on experience) plus uncapped commission
• Realistic OTE of £40,000 to £50,000, with top performers earning over £60,000
• Early finish every Friday
• Early finish over the Christmas period
• 20 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays

The role:

• Win new mid-market and SME business through proactive outbound sales, including cold calling
• Negotiate contracts with key decision-makers
• Manage your own pipeline using provided data and self-generated leads
• Meet clients by phone, email and occasional face-to-face meetings
• Build strong relationships with customers suppliers to drive renewals and long-term value
• Give accurate pipeline updates, forecasts and month-end reports
• Attend networking events and field meetings where required

About you:

• At least two years’ sales experience, ideally B2B
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and KPIs
• Confident building relationships by phone and email, with strong negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, resilient and comfortable owning your own results
