Internal Sales Executive

A market-leading supplier to the HVAC industry is looking for a motivated Internal Salesperson to join their successful business in Cardiff. You''ll be building strong relationships with B2B customers, maximising the profitability of your customer accounts and be proactively developing new business.The OpportunityThe business you''ll be joining is busy, profitable and holds a strong position in their market. They are part of an impressive 1 billion UK group of distribution companies that already employ over 2,000 people across the UK. Their product range includes HVAC, metering, valves, actuators, inverters, controllers, pressure sensors and more.In this Internal Sales role, your responsibilities will include:Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with suppliers and B2B clients including BMS systems integrators, mechanical contractors, HVAC distributors and FM companies. Spotting opportunities to grow current business accountsWorking closely with the external sales team to pinpoint and implement specific strategies to achieve sales targetsProviding quotations for new and existing customers with competitive pricing and support Negotiating with suppliers to maximise marginRewardsAs an Internal Sales Executive you''ll receive:A starting salary between 28,000 - 32,000 (negotiable depending on experience)Uncapped annual bonusOn-going training and developmentTeam-focused, social working environment with regular team-building nights outWorking hours are Monday to Thursda
