We are looking for reliable and enthusiastic Production Operatives to join a timber truss assembly team in the Cullompton area. This is a great opportunity for motivated individuals looking for steady work within a manufacturing environment. Own transport is required due to location.

• Work collaboratively with the production team to ensure efficient and accurate assembly of truss packs.
• Carry out regular quality checks during the production process to identify and rectify issues promptly.
• Follow established procedures and guidelines to maintain high quality standards.
• Support general production operations as required.

• Manufacturing, production, or timber-based experience beneficial but not essential.
• High attention to detail.
