We are on the look out for a passionate Head Chef to join us at our traditional country pub nestled in the heart of the Surrey Hills in Headley.As Head Chef, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality, consistency, and hygiene. You will have full autonomy over the kitchen operation, recruitment of the team and development of the offering.The Role:

Lead and manage the day-to-day kitchen operations

Ensure consistency and quality across all dishes

Oversee food preparation, stock control, ordering, and waste management

Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff

Maintain excellent standards of hygiene and health and safety compliance

Work with the management team to develop seasonal and promotional menus
