If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!Job title: Customer Scheduling and Administration CoordinatorLocation: Near Ashford, your own transport is required due to the location of our clientSalary: £25,000 - £26,000Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pmStart Date: April/May 2026Hybrid: 1 day a week working from home, once fully trained and after completing your probationary period. Annual leave: 28 days holiday - which includes all bank holidays and time off between Christmas and the New Year - plus one additional day for employees who attend the company charity fund raising dayYour key responsibilities would be:Calling customers to arrange survey appointments and installation datesManaging and coordinating multiple diaries, including staff holidaysPreparing, updating, and processing installation administrationMaintaining accurate records and updating internal systemsProviding day-to-day administrative support to the Office Manager and DirectorHandling customer queries politely, professionally, and efficientlyAssisting with general office duties as requiredYou''ll be the perfect candidate for this job if you have the following: An Administration NVQ/Diploma would be advantageous but is not essential.Previous experience in office administration is essential.Proven diary management/
