We have an amazing opportunity to join a global leader in the Partworks publishing and Direct Marketing industry, for an experienced Marketing Director to head up the marketing team and cover maternity leave for up to 15 months. This pivotal role reports to the Managing Director and will be a key member of the management team. This role offers hybrid working, with 3 days in the London office and 2 days from home. Our client is known for their innovative subscription models and globally distributed products, engaging customers through multi-channel marketing campaigns and highly targeted customer acquisition strategies. The Marketing Director will have overall responsibility for the company''s marketing strategy across all markets, focusing on pricing policy, campaign execution and driving customer engagement. Some of the key responsibilities of the role will include, but not limited to: Strategic leadership - developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth. Product development - including taking an active role in product development, shaping the programme of research, tests and launches, overseeing new product development, collaborating closely with editorial, production and the distribution teams; managing the initial stages of development and setting up PandLs.
