Payroll Analyst
Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst to join their team on a 12-month contract. This is a non-digital role with up to three days per week required on site. The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees and pensioners, ensuring compliance with statutory, contractual, and organisational requirements. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external bodies, effective management of payroll data and reporting, and a strong focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and service delivery. Minimum Requirements Ensure the accurate and timely payment of employees and pensioners. Liaise with employees, pensioners, external bodies, and internal departments to resolve payroll-related queries. Act as the Information Management point of contact, providing support and guidance to the Payroll Team. Collate, develop, and issue reports and presentation materials in line with company standards and agreed deliverables. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Ensure the appropriate handling and management of sensitive or classified information.
