Manage and maintain the sales ledger, ensuring customer accounts are accurate and up to date Chase outstanding debt via telephone and email, working within agreed credit terms Monitor aged debt and take proactive steps to minimise overdue balances Process purchase ledger invoices, ensuring accurate coding, authorisation and timely entry Match purchase invoices to purchase orders and delivery documentation where applicable Support supplier payment runs and maintain accurate supplier account records What do you need as an Accounts Assistant?
