Associate Director - Electrical Bias Building Services Engineering London Up to £90K Hybrid We re looking for an Associate Director to join an award-winning engineering and sustainability practice with a clear focus on people, communities and the planet. You ll be a technical leader and an ambassador for the business, for clients and design teams alike. You ll mainly lead building services engineering projects across a range of sectors. You ll also have access to our wider collaborative engineering, urban infrastructure and sustainability teams across our offices throughout the UK. You ll manage clients, your project team, timelines, budgets and outputs, making sure our sustainability standards are met. You ll have the support and mentorship of a Project Director, and you ll champion your specialist field while promoting knowledge sharing across disciplines. What you ll be doing Leading mechanical engineering projects from inception to completion, keeping to sustainability targets, timelines, budgets and specifications Leading the design of building services systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and renewable energy, in line with UK building regulations, standards and best practice Giving expert technical guidance to the engineering team and promoting innovative solutions throughout the project lifecycle Reviewing designs, calculations and documentation to ensure quality and regulatory compliance Acting as the main contact for clients and stakeholders, building ..... full job details .....
