Job Description: Transactional Services Manager Location: Nottingham / Hybrid Salary: Up to £65,000.00 per Annum depending on experience. Role Overview We are seeking an individual who can demonstrate a strong understanding of balance sheet/mamanegemnt accounting impacts. Highly organised and happy to provide leadership and guidance to their teams. Key Responsibilities Assume full ownership and accountability for the on-going delivery of all aspects of the Accounts Payable and Cash Management functions. Working with Procurement to ensure that the P2P process is adhered to. Work with the Property Team, Landlords and their Agents to investigate and resolve account queries Maximise the functionality of Hubble (reporting tool for ERP system) to ensure that best use is being made and work with other Finance departments to develop reports from Hubble. Deliver right-first-time transactional processing to ensure correct entries for financial reporting VAT and other taxes. Lead the development and execution of efficient, timely, reliable and cost-effective processes across all department areas Ensure all processes are documented/ up to date for each functional area Direct all cash management activities ensuring cash is banked and reconciled accurately and working with other departments to ensure reconciling items are investigated
