What will you be responsible for? As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you''ll play a key role in managing commercial resources on this exciting project. You''ll be supporting the team in maximising value, controlling costs and maintaining quality standards whilst working on one of the UK''s most significant infrastructure projects. Your day to day will include: Managing commercial resources to maximise planned gross margin through effective contract control Preparing and submitting valuations, claims and contract performance data Assessing and mitigating commercial and contractual risks Maximising cash flow through measurement, valuation and invoicing processes Valuing subcontractor work and certifying interim and final payments What are we looking for?
