Deputy Programme Manager We are currently recruiting for a Deputy Programme Manager to start in September- for 8 Months The role is Hybrid- 2 days in and 2 days from home 28 Hours a week- 4 days- £28,633 4 day a week Salary £22.52 an hour . WHO WILL YOU BE WORKING FOR? Our client is an established non-profit healthcare membership body. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? To assist the programme manager with the management and development of the College Centre for Quality Improvement''s peer-review networks and accreditation programmes. Line manage project staff, including managing workload, managing performance, and promoting development in regular supervision sessions. Assist in the recruitment of new starters and inductions, including the probationary process. Assist in developing and delivering project plans to ensure that individual projects meet their objectives and deadlines, under the supervision of the Programme Manager.
