Empowering Learning are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our client school in Addlestone, Surrey, with a variety of flexible daily bookings and longer-term opportunities available.

Our client school is a specialist SEND setting supporting young people aged 11-19 with a range of additional needs, including physical disabilities, sensory and communication difficulties. The school offers a supportive, inclusive environment with a strong focus on developing pupils'' confidence, independence and life skills.

The role will involve:

• Supporting pupils with a variety of special educational needs

• Providing 1:1 and small group support

• Working closely with teachers and specialist staff

• Helping pupils access learning and develop independence

• Supporting pupils'' social, emotional and communication needs

• Getting involved in the wider school day and activities

We''re looking for people who are:

• Patient, enthusiastic and genuinely passionate about supporting young people

• Confident, proactive and adaptable

• Reliable team players with a positive, can-do attitude

• Experienced in SEND, education, care or support work (desirable but not essential)
