Leading and supporting operational teams, allocating resources efficiently, and maintaining seamless day-to-day functions. Supporting financial management processes, including invoice approval, budget monitoring, and liaising on payroll administration. Overseeing HR administration, including recruitment coordination, onboarding processes, staff records, and safeguarding documentation. Ensuring the school environment
