Working within an 8-chef brigade, you will collaborate closely with the Head Chef to maintain exceptional standards and inspire creativity in the kitchen.Key responsibilities include:Ensuring cleanliness, organisation, and high standards within the kitchenRunning the kitchen in collaboration with the Head ChefAssisting the brigade in a safe and efficient operationTraining and mentoring junior team membersManaging day-to-day operations of your sectionContributing to menu development and daily specialsMaintaining food quality and presentation standardsUpholding health and safety requirementsAssisting with ordering and stock controlLeading the kitchen in the Head Chef''s absenceCommunicating effectively with Front of House RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have strong experience in restaurants or gastro pubs and a passion for creating innovative dishes from fresh, locally sourced produce.
