PART-TIME FRONT OF HOUSE RECEPTIONIST / CONCIERGE

Location: Victoria, London
Pay: -14.85 per hour
Contract: Initial 2-month assignment with potential for longer-term or permanent opportunities
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 12:30pm (17.5 hours per week)

We are seeking an experienced, professional, and personable Front of House Receptionist to support a newly managed commercial building in Victoria.

This is a unique opportunity to join at the very beginning of the building''s Front of House journey. The property has never had a dedicated reception presence before, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, creating a welcoming environment, and helping shape how visitors, tenants, and guests experience the building.

Working closely with the Managing Agent and occupiers, you will become the face of the building, delivering a first-class customer experience while helping establish Front of House best practices.

Initially offered as a 2-month assignment, there is genuine potential for the position to develop into a longer-term or full-time opportunity as the building''s requirements evolve.

• Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, occupiers, contractors, and guests
• Delivering a professional and welcoming Front of House experience
• Managing the reception area and ensuring it is maintained to a high standard
• Handling enquiries in person, via telephone, and email
• Managing visitor sign-in procedures and access arrangements
• Receiving and distributing post and deliveries
• Liaising with contractors, service providers, and the property management team
• Supporting the day-to-day operation of the building
• Assisting in developing Front of House processes and standards as the role evolves

• Previous experience within Reception, Concierge, Front of House, Hospitality, or Customer Service environments
• Confident interacting with a diverse range of visitors and stakeholders
• Naturally approachable, friendly, and professional
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
• Adaptable and happy working through both busy periods and quieter moments
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Reliable, proactive, and keen to contribute to the success of a brand-new Front of House function
