Position Summary: Our Credit Controller plays a key role in managing customer credit limits and debt collection. Working alongside one other team member within a larger finance team, you will ensure that appropriate credit limits and payment terms are set to balance sales opportunities with financial risk. You will be responsible for chasing overdue debt and ensuring that all debt-related correspondence is clearly communicated and visible to stakeholders. In addition, you will play an important role in fraud awareness by monitoring customer activity, identifying potential risks, and helping to protect the business against fraudulent transactions.
