Key responsibilities

• Processing purchase and sales invoices
• Using Sage for day-to-day accounting tasks
• Bank reconciliations
• Assisting with month-end procedures
• Managing queries from suppliers and internal teams
• Maintaining accurate financial records

About you

• Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant role
• Confident using Sage accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Well organised with good time management skills
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

This role is office-based in Whitstable, Kent and would suit someone local or able to commute easily.
