Quantity Surveyor



Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Quanitity Surveyor for a large commercial project in Exeter. You will have a background in construction from a junior or senior level.

• • Administer project documentation and contracts
  • Produce budgets, cost plans, and financial forecasts
  • Prepare interim valuations, price variations, and manage change orders
  • Coordinate subcontractor packages, procurement activities, and payment schedules
  • Monitor expenditures, reconcile accounts, and produce detailed performance reports
  • Finalise accounts, warranties, guarantees, and project close-out records
  • Engage clients, consultants, and suppliers to maintain commercial alignment

• Quantity Surveyor Degree
• Background in Commercial projects
• M&E Background desirable but not essential

• Competitive Salary
• Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm
