Working as part of an experienced Learning Support team, you will play a key role in helping pupils overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full academic potential. The Role You will work closely with the SENDCo, subject teachers and pastoral staff to provide tailored support for students with additional learning needs. Responsibilities include: Providing in-class support to students across a range of subjects. Delivering targeted interventions to individuals and small groups.
