Technical Delivery Manager

to lead the delivery of critical IT services for high-profile clients across the UK. As a key figure in the delivery team, you will be responsible for overseeing service execution, managing diverse technical teams, and ensuring systems and solutions align with client expectations and contractual commitments.Lead and manage multidisciplinary technical teams, including field engineers, system administrators, subject matter experts, and support staffServe as the key delivery interface between clients and internal teams, ensuring consistent, high-quality serviceOversee incident resolution, change management, and problem solving across software, infrastructure, and operational areasDrive the delivery of future-proof, reliable, and secure IT systems in collaboration with product and technical SMEsAlign technical solutions with customer business needs and evolving digital strategiesWork directly with stakeholders, including C-level executives, to guide the design and deployment of tailored IT servicesMonitor service performance and identify areas for continuous improvement10+ years of experience leading IT delivery teams in complex, enterprise environments- Software Engineering background- Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle and digital product delivery- Track record of working with digital platforms, cloud-based environments, and enterprise transformation projects- Proven ability to manage project governance, scope, risk, change control, and budgeting- Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and delivery tools (e.g. Experience managing demand planning, prioritisation, and forecasting- Strong people management and team-building capabilities
